Born and raised in Memphis, TN, John Coleman began working for himself full-time in 2016 as a graphic designer. Since then, he has completed thousands of customer projects, building extensive experience in branding, design, and visual communication.

About three years ago, he expanded into the content creation and AI marketing space, bringing together years of creative experience with modern marketing tools and strategies. Since that shift, Blues City Digital has helped clients achieve measurable growth across social media and digital platforms.

Among its success stories, the agency helped scale the online clothing brand Iron Gods to more than 30,000 combined social media followers. In late 2024, Blues City Digital also took over management of the social media accounts for Hickory Ridge Mall, where growth, engagement, and active follower activity have steadily increased ever since.
